Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all work undertaken by Cornwall Window Cleaners and are designed to protect both the client and our team.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services including:

  • Window cleaning (interior and exterior)

  • Gutter cleaning (vacuum-based system)

  • Pressure washing

  • Soft-Washing

  • Bin Cleans

  • Shop Sign/Front Cleans

Our services are carried out using professional equipment and methods suited to each task. Any specific exclusions or limitations will be explained before work begins.

3. Quotes & Payment

  • All prices are provided and confirmed before the job begins and run through a never changing quote template

  • Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice

  • We accept (cash / card / bank transfer)

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • In cases of particularly bad weather, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

5. Access Requirements

  • Clients must ensure access to all areas being cleaned, including gates, windows, and any water/electrical supply needed.

  • If access is not available at the agreed time, a call-out fee of £20 may be charged.

6. Health & Safety​

  • Ladders, poles, or equipment will be used in accordance with UK safety standards.

​

7. Liability & Damage

  • We are not responsible for existing damage to surfaces, seals, paintwork, or window units.

  • We are not liable for water ingress from poorly sealed windows or old frames.

  • Please inform us of any known weaknesses, leaks, or fragile fittings before we begin work.

  • We have liabilty insurance that covers expenses of up to £5,000,000 in case of accidental damage on our part

8. Satisfaction & Complaints

  • If you are not satisfied with the work, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly

  • We aim to respond to all concerns as promptly and professionally as possible

9. Ongoing or Regular Work

  • For regular services (e.g., every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), you agree to ongoing appointments unless you notify us otherwise.

  • To cancel a regular schedule, we require at least 24 hours notice.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client information is used solely for the purpose of communication and service delivery.

  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

​

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where possible, communicated directly.
